Good design can always address a site challenge. The site of this home is spectacular on its own, however the challenge was to create privacy on a lot with no trees and an open view to neighbouring homes. The solution was to orient the private wing in such a way that it provided privacy from neighbouring properties while also creating an outdoor space that is protected from the predominant winds. This resulted in a home that feels completely private with dramatic ocean views.

One of our favourite features of this home is how the design eliminates the boundary between the interior and the landscape.
